How EnVisionary Printing Works

EnVisionary Printing - THE CONCEPT
What is EnVisionary printing?

EnVisionary [EV for short] printing has a unique qualitative finish about it. Using a period of thermal solidity, the EV ink we use evaporates which permits its penetration into our t-shirts (and other products that have a special coating). A full intricate, vibrant colour is formed once the design has been allowed to penetrate the surface of the apparel or product. Unlike other printing processes; the design is in the product with concluding results of fantastic colour, long lasting and resistance to scratching. Other printing methods hardly print onto the surface of the item let alone sustain.

EnVisionary printing cannot be used with 100% cotton. It can only be practised with polymers, or polymer coated products. Polymers such as polyester are long chained molecules made up of hydrocarbons. When Custom Visions changes the structure of the polymer, the design is allowed to pass through. When cool, the structure of the polymer closes and seals the design. 100% cotton or non coated materials do not have polynomial pores to open, hence the process wouldn’t work, or the design would disappear within a few washes of the 100% cotton fabric. Any printed clothes you buy in the shops have the potential to crack, peel or fade. It’s only EnVisionary printed products that will not and we are the ones that offer them.

When can the EnVisionary process be used?

You can choose a wide variety of products that provide the surface suitable for EnVisionary printing. The full details of our range products we offer are in our Products pages. The designs that can be printed onto hard or soft items are in the Gallery pages.

Hard items such as The Illusion Mugs, A3 canvasses, dining, metal pendants, key rings and badges, clocks, money box, coated plaques, signs, placemats, mugs, metal and key rings.

Soft items including t-shirts, male shoulder bags, female purses, teddies, cushions or speed mousemats, polo shirts and keyrings! Printed designs on these products and many more are permanent, feels like part of the fabric and will not crack, peel or fade.

When cannot EnVisionary be used?

100% cotton fabric and garments - because EV printing is always done on a polyester, polymer, or polymer coated items (see above). It is possible to use EV on a cotton fabric but the image will wash out within a few washes, probably less. We offer a range of gyrate cotton and polyester based t-shirts for EV printing.

Products from other companies that may be formed of polymer coating are unsuitable as they are unable to withstand the factors required for EV printing.

What equipment do we use for EnVisionary printing?
